In an increasingly globalized world, cultural identities face the risk of dilution due to rapid technological advancement, migration, and cultural homogenization. Literature plays a crucial role in preserving cultural heritage by documenting traditions, languages, and collective memory. This paper explores how literary works act as repositories of cultural knowledge, reflecting social values, historical narratives, and indigenous practices. It also examines how globalization influences literary production and dissemination, creating both challenges and opportunities for cultural preservation. Through an interdisciplinary approach, this study highlights the significance of literature in maintaining cultural continuity while adapting to modern contexts. The findings emphasize that literature not only safeguards heritage but also fosters intercultural dialogue and resilience in a globalized society.
